Plenty of concert and dancing programs on May 28
On May 28, on the First Republic Day there are a lot of events organized in Armenia and Artsakh.
On May 28 the festive events will kick off with the fest dedicated to the day of the heroic battle in Sardarapat on which the RA President and other officials are present.
The union of folk dances “Karin” invites to partake in the open lesson of the national dances. “We and our dances” project will kick off at 19:00 at the square next to the Caskad. “This day as we all know is a symbolic day: we will celebrate the Day of our First Republic all together.”
More than 1000 people have voted “yes” for participating in that event. The others will simply be present there and will dance Armenian Folk Dances for several hours.
At 21:00 KOHAR concert program will be held at the Liberty Square where all the stars will partake.
The culture department of Yerevan municipality as well will organize event in all the administrative regions of the capital. They will be held from 14:00 to 20:00. the programs will last for 2 hours each.
In the regions and in Artsakh the events will be held by the participation of the schoolchildren mainly.
