Palach did not apologize to Tsarukyan

Arthur Harutyunyan, nicknamed Palach, the godchild of PAP leader Gagik Tsarukyan, told Zhoghovurd that he had not apologized to Tsarukyan in either oral or written form.

“I only apologize if I do something wrong. I have not apologized to him because I have done nothing wrong. This talk is senseless. I announce that there has been no apology from me. I don’t know who spread the apology text throughout the Web. Anyway, everything is ok, Tsarukyan and I have reconciled,” Harutyunyan is quoted as saying.
