Armenian National Congress lacks funds
Mainly two parties, RPA and PAP, have nominated candidates for Armenian local self-government elections, while Armenian National Congress (HAK) is passive. What is the reason behind it?
“We are active to the extent our resources allow,” Lyudmila Sargsyan, chairperson of Social Democrat Hunchakian Party (SDHP), member of HAK parliamentary faction, told Zhoghovurd daily and explained that HAK lacks funds.
