Natural gas imports into Armenia decline 3.7%
Natural gas imports into Armenia from Russia declined by 3.7% in January-September 2013 as compared with the same period of last year and amounted to 1,273 million cubic meters.
1,122.2 million cubic meters of natural gas was sold in the indicated period, which is by 0.5% less than the index of the same period of 2012, according to the press service of ArmRosGazprom Company.
Gas consumption volumes by the population and energy sector declined by 8.7% and 14.9% respectively, amounting to 361.7 million cubic meters and 112.8 million cubic meters.
