David Babayan: Karabakh to continue work with OSCE and ICRC
Nagorno Karabakh will continue work with the OSCE and the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to establish the fate of the crew of Karabakh Air Force Mi-24 helicopter shot down by Azerbaijan, David Babayan, the spokesman for president of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, told Aysor.am.
“We need to work to find ways of establishing the pilots’ fate,” Babayan said.
According to him, the OSCE should take a tougher stance after Baku refused to give the OSCE Mission security guarantees. “It is necessary to make appropriate conclusions after such conduct,” Babayan said noting that the Azerbaijani side continues gunfire in the direction of the helicopter crash site.
“The situation is relatively stable in other border areas,” the presidential spokesman said.
