Warlick urges sides to refocus on lasting settlement to Karabakh conflict
The U.S. Co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group James Warlick said that the November 12 incident with the Armenian helicopter was a tragedy that must be avoided in the future.
“We urge the parties to show restraint and refocus their efforts on negotiating a peaceful and lasting settlement to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. Further violence and retaliation will undermine peace talks and impede the resolution of humanitarian issues that arise as a result of the conflict,” J. Warlick said in an interview with APA agency
