Bako Sahakyan congratulates staff of NKR National Security Service

President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan visited today the National Security Service (NSS) under the NKR government and participated in a festive event marking Day of National Security Serviceman, the presidential press service said.

He congratulated the NSS staff, conferred military ranks and gave valuable gifts to a group of employees.

President Bako Sahakyan also sent a congratulatory address on Day of National Security Serviceman. 

The address runs as follows:

“Dear workers and veterans of the National Security Service,

On behalf of the Artsakh authorities and myself, I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday.

Your service is very important in terms of ensuring the security of our country and people. It is difficult and complex work and its successful and efficient implementation requires a sense of duty and responsibility, professionalism, patriotism and dedication.

I am confident that the employees of the system will keep doing their best to perform their duties properly. The state in turn will continue to pay attention to the improvement of your working, social and living conditions.

I congratulate all of you on Day of the National Security Serviceman  once again and wish peace, robust health, happiness and all the best to you and your families.”
