Armenia doesn’t build foreign policy on clash of power centers’ interests
“Armenia has never tried to build its foreign policy based on a clash of interests of the centers of power. It builds a policy by combining interests,’ the head of European Integration NGO Karen Bekaryan told reporters today.
In his words, the negotiating process on Karabakh conflict settlement is a kind of a bridge between the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs whose relations are up to the mark.
Any attempts by mediators to assert themselves at the expense of the Karabakh negotiations cannot have a positive impact on the process, Bekaryan said.
