Armenian side expresses its concern in Bulgaria
Today the Armenian-Bulgarian business forum takes place in Sofia. As reported by press service of the ministry of Transport and Communication of Armenia, during the 5th session of Armenian-Bulgarian intergovernmental Committee on commercial and economic as well as scientific and technical cooperation held on December 9-10, some cooperation issues in the spheres of Eurointegration, trade, investments, tourism, information technologies, small and medium-sized enterprises, finance, territorial management, agriculture, transport, energetics, culture, education and science were discussed.
The possibility of signing a new agreement for International auto-communication was discussed during the session. For further discussions of the agreement the sides have agreed to arrange the meeting of the specialists of ministries of Transport of two countries in 2009.
The Armenian side expressed its concern over Novorosiysk-Bourgas-Poty automobile-ferry line not meeting the cargo demands. The line is being exploited by a Bulgarian company. That is why, the Armenian side offered to study the possibilities of exploiting an additional ferry in the line.
The arrangement of direct flight Yerevan-Sofia-Yerevan has been attached importance to. The Bulgarian side expressed its willingness to provide all the scopes in case the flight is served by an Armenian company.
For the purpose of study of Bulgarian practice in the sphere of Eurointegration, the Bulgarian side expressed its willingness to organize the training of Armenian specialists in Bulgaria on their account.
