Russia refuses to provide Belarus with loan
Belarus asked Russia for loan of 100 milliard rubles, however, Russia refused to provide loan. Interfax reports that Russia offered Belarus to do reciprocal trade in Russian rubles instead.
Remind that, Aleksey Kudrin, Russian Minister of Finance announced that Armenia also asked Russia for loan.
Moreover, Russian official refused to talk about any details of possible loan.
Arthur Javadyan, Chair of Armenian Central Bank, confirmed the information.
Besides Russia, Armenia has asked World Bank, Asian Development Bank and EBDR for loan of 1 milliard dollars totally, to overcome world financial-economic crisis. This has been reported by Russian Interfax agency referring to unknown source of Armenian Government.
