Court proceedings on «The Case of Seven» again suspended
Today the court proceedings on «The Case of Seven» was held, however, it took only 30 minutes. This time the accused stood up as the judge Mnatsakan Martirosyan entered.
The accused by «The Case of Seven» are Aleksandr Arrzumanyan, Shant Harutyunyan, Grigor Voskerchyan, Suren Sirunyan and NA deputies Hakob Hakobyan, Sasun Mikayelyan and Myasnik Malkhasyan.
When the judge ordered the accused to sit down, the former Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan protested and said that there are no norms prescribed by Armenian legislation to demand the accused to sit.
Note that, the proceedings has been suspended for many times because the accused refused to stand up as the Judge came in.
As the accused were provided the chance to make announcements, Arzumanyan said that they were willing the proceedings to take a normal course.
However, this time the accused Shant Harutyunyan offended the judge, hence, the latter suspended the proceedings on 26 February, 12pm.
