Moscow police to ensure Eurovision 2009 security
Moscow police can ensure the security of Eurovision Song Contest 2009 participants and guests on May 14-17, the head of Russian capital’s Internal Affairs Administration Vladimir Pronin told dni.ru.
Pronin mentioned the days to face are not going to be easy. The police is aware they will have to work in 24-hour shifts and no holidays can be expected by the end of May.
Pronin was hard to answer how many guests Moscow will host in May. «It is not our business. Anyway, we are going to assume big responsibility, the way it is to be in times of big events,» Pronin urged the police know their job well.
