Tiebreaker: Lilit Mkrtchyan – Tatiana Kosintseva
In Round 11 of Women’s Individual European Chess Championship held in Saint Petersburg, Armenian Lilit Mkrtchyan won against Russian Marina Romanko. Ekaterina Kovalevskaya, who had taken the lead in Round 10, lost to Tatiana Kosintseva. Consequently, Lilit Mkrtchyan and Tatiana Kosintseva have 8,5 points and today will play tiebreaker for European champion’s title.
