Aronian, Anand and Carlsen lead Amber tournament
In Round 9 of the 18th Amber Blindfold and Rapid tournament, held in Nice, France, Armenian Levon Aronian ended in draw with Alexander Morozevich in the blindfold game and won against him in the rapid one. Viswanathan Anand ended in draw both games with Topalov. Magnus Carlsen gained 1,5 points in the games against Sergey Karjakin. Now Anand, Aronian and Carlsen lead the list with 11,5 points. Kramnik follows with 10 points. Leko has gained 9,5 points, Topalov and Kamsky have 8,5 points, Morozevich and Ivanchuk – 8 points, Radjabov – 7,5 points, Karjakin – 7 points and Wang Yue ends last with 6,5 points.
