Ardshininvestbank, WorldBusiness Capital Inc sign loan contract
Armenian Ardshininvestbank and the US WorldBusiness Capital Inc signed a loan contract worth $10 million in Armenian Embassy to the USA, Washington, on March 26. The loan is guaranteed by US Government OPIC Agency, Ardshininvestbank message says.
The loan is provided on 10 year-term for the joint program of financing small and middle businesses. Ardshininvestbank will invest into the program $2,5 million.
The contract was signed by Sergey Virabyan, the deputy chairman of the management board of Ardshininvestbank, and WorldBusiness Capital Inc deputy chairman Robert Moniak.
According to the source, the program will contribute to the promotion of small and middle businesses, will help mitigate the impact of the world economic crisis. The bank is going to establish wider international cooperation to consolidate the stability of Armenian economy.
