FIDE Chess: Aronian wins against Vassily Ivanchuk
In Round 6 of FIDE Grand Prix Chess Tournament in Nalchik Armenian GM Levon Aronian won against the Ukrainian Vassily Ivanchuk. Many claimed the game will have an effective result taking into consideration the history of the competition of two players. Lately Ivanchuk’s game is far from being impressive and it is not occasionally that he continues to end last in the tournament list with 1,5 points. As to Levon Aronian, now he has gained the lead at the tournament with 4 points, after Russian Grishuk lost to Mamedyarov.
