Round 8: Levon Aronian still leads FIDE Grand Prix tournament
In Round 8 of FIDE Grand Prix tournament Levon Aronian played to draw with Svidler and now has 5 points.
Boris Gelfand won against Rustam Kasimjanov and by now he has gained 3,5 points. Mamedyarov-Ivanchuk, Leko-Bacrot pairings also ended in draw.
The games of the other pairings are still underway. Irrespective of the results, the players can merely run equal to Aronian, having taken the sole lead by now.
