FIDE Grand Prix tournament final round: Aronian vs. Leko
In Rounds 11-12 of the FIDE Grand Prix tournament in Nalchik Armenian GM Levon Aronian managed to hold on only due to his heroic defense. Kasimdzhanov and Kamsky seemed to succeed in winning against their opponent, however, Levon Aronian was not easy to give in.
Today in the final round, Aronian will play against Leko, both running first in the tournament list with 7,5 points. This very game is to decide on the winner. It seems the players will play to draw and both will be acknowledged winners.
In Round 12 Leko won against Kasimdzhanov, due to a perfect attack on the opponent.
