Shaydulin: Passenger transportation has increased by 46%
The director of the «South Caucasus Railways» company, the owner of the Armenian railways, Shevket Shaydulin told journalists today, the passenger transportation has increased by 46%, the growth makes 3,5% of the total passenger transportation in Armenia during 4 months only.
He said, road-transportation makes 90% of the total of the passenger transportation.
Shaydulin said, the wages of the employees has boosted by 23,4% since April, the average salary makes up to 115 thousand AMD ($310).
Investments of about $6mln have been made into the company in the first quarter of 2009 to enhance its development.
