BRIDGE ARTSAKH Economic Forum due in Stepanakert, June 19-21

BRIDGE ARTSAKH Economic Forum is due June 19-21, 2009 in Stepanakert, Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The forum will be organized under the auspices of NKR President and will be supported by the NKR Government, the organizers of the event - the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia and the Center of International Integration Support MASTER - say.

The main topic of the Forum is «Government and Business: from Dialogue to Cooperation». The economical forum will bring together businessmen, ministers and governmental bodies of Armenia and Artsakh, as well as representatives of the Armenian Diaspora. Current problems, the ways and prospects of further regional development and cooperation, investment policies, new partnership possibilities will be discussed during the forum

The BRIDGE ARTSAKH forum targets at familiarizing local and foreign business and political circles with social and political potential of NKR. The forum will consist of section and plenary sessions, round tables. The key note speech will be presented by Artsakh Investment Fund on «Investment attractiveness of Artsakh».

The round tables in the framework of the forum will be devoted to:

• modern businesses – problems and perspectives,
• financial instruments to supports entrepreneurs,
• development of transport system as a precondition to efficient business,
• perspectives in the sphere of construction under the global crisis,
• business education in the conditions of the modern economy,
• prospects of tourism development in Artsakh.
