National Assembly suspends voting on Tax Package draft law
The voting on the draft law on Tax Package was suspended during today’s sitting of the National Assembly.
The package, submitted to the NA by the Government, underwent criticism by both the power authorities and the opposition. MPs were against the provision envisaged by the draft law, stating the tax body representative should conduct round-the-clock control over plants and workshops of major enterpreneurs.
Speaker of the National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan said tomorrow they we’ll decide whether the draft law will be put on a vote or will be recalled by the government.
