3 bronze medals: The Armenian anthem sounds in Ankara
Armenian Junior Greco-Roman team won three Bronze medals at World Junior Championships in Ankara, Turkey. Aleksan Mikayelyan (55kg,) took the 3rd place taking victory over the Russian Mingiyan Semyonovand and presented the first bronze medal to Armenian team.
Hovhannes Varderesyan (66kg,) took victory over the Hungarian Martin Shabo and enriched our team awards with one more bronze medal. And Mihran Harutyunyan presenting Russia in the final round conceded the Iranian Said Abdeval and got the silver medal.
Artur Aleksanyan (84kg) too, succeeded in playing the Armenian anthem in Ankara. The Armenian sportsman took a victory over the sportsman presenting the representative of Belarus and took a bronze medal with 3:1 point.
So Armenian Junior Greco-Roman team got three bronze medals in Ankara.
