Director of the special school abused her position

A criminal case has been launched against the director of “The boarding school for special care of Kapan region” by the RA Prosecutor General Office's State Interests Protection Department on the abuse of the position and causing a significant damage.

As a result of investigation it turned out that the director of “N1 special school of Kapan region” Nora Baghdasaryan being an official and for general interests has used the her official position against the interest of the service, that is to say in 2006 and 2007 in the first semester by the 1365 decision of RA Republic in 2005 and the norms of the measures of food that has been established by the RA Ministry of Finance and Economy Nora Baghdasaryan has over estimated the amount of the food for the school children and has paid 5.643,2 thousands AMD, which has caused a serious damage to the State Organization.

Nora Baghdasaryan is accused by the 308 article of criminal code, reports RA Prosecutor General Office.
