False accuse or false witnessing

“I have prepared the reportages by my initiation and during the preparation I haven’t got any requests from Mairma Sukhudyan”, - today on the press conference said Syuzan Simonyan, the former journalist of Armenian Public TV.

She noted that on the contrary it is Mariam who gave her the materials with difficulty after she promised she will go to speak with the pupils and their mother.

In this concern S. Simonyan excluded that M. Sukhudyan had the intention to spread information on purpose and consciously on the basis of which she is being accused.

S. Simonyan also informed that it was the second pupil who contacted with her, came to the Public TV and told them about the violence realized by the teachers and the punishments realized against the children; in tête-à-tête meeting even the pupil did not deny her words.

“During the investigation children have been questioned who have not yet finished the school and depend on the school director and the teachers. These kids are so vulnerable. The parents are also against them”, - said S. Simonyan.

By her interpretation most of the children in the special schools are “normal” but from socially vulnerable families and the parents for getting rid of their care have given them to special schools and now they do not want to have problems with the director.
