Hypothec market soon to function
“In Armenia the estate market is not fixed. The CB registered National Hypothec Company, where great funds were invested, is already functioning. Soon the hypothec market will be in order”, - today stated the president of the Union of Banks of Armenia Emil Soghomonyan in the press conference stressing that the banks are also interested in it and the demand is too much.
E. Soghomonyan assured that the banks are ready to provide all kinds of credits. According to him the whole constructions are connected with the hypothec market, and if the latter will not process the constructions will not process either.
“In the past, before the crises, the biggest growth of the credit investments’ portfolio was in the hypothec markets, but this year it is the most reduced one”, - mentioned E. Soghomonyan.
