September’s first decade brought 59 accidents
The head of Armenia’s Road Traffic Police, Norik Sargsyan has announced there was not any accidence with school-age children involved during the first decade of September.
Armenia’s Traffic Police launched out some events aimed at reduction of accidents with schoolchildren.
According to Mr. Sargsyan for the first 10 days of September occurred on 59 accidents, killed 5 people and injured 70.
The events brought results. In comparison with last year’s period the number of accidents decreased by 14, the number of victims – 9, injured – 19,” Norik Sargsyan said.
He informed that the Traffic Police will prolong working at safety assurance near schools.
