InventiChess’2009 is over

In round nine of InventiChess’2009 in Belgium, Gabriel Sarkisyan - Anna Muzychuk set ended in draw. Armenia’s Grand Master seeded 5th-7th with 4.5 points, sharing horizontals with Anna Muzychuk and Jan Timman.

In his turn, Jan Timman shares a point with India’s GM Krishnan Sasikira.

Emil Sutovsky white won over Antoinette Stefanova, Bartosh Socko won over Etienne Bacrot, and David Houel defeated Bart Michels.

Note that David Houel marked his first victory in Tournament; however, he couldn’t reach a higher position in tournament table.

Emil Sutovsky is titled winner with 7 points of 9 possible. Etienne Bacrot and Krishnan Sasikira with 5.5 points each share 2-3 horizontals. Bartosz Socko took 5 points.
