Armenia's team another impressive victory
In round seven of Youth Chess Olympiad, in Turkey’s Akhisar, Armenian team won 3.5:0.5 over Georgia’s team, and is now in leader’s top.
Only Robert Agasaryan- Nodar Lortkipanidze set ended in draw. Samvel Ter-Sahakyan, Hyke H. Vartanyan and Tigran S. Petrosyan defeated Zurab Dzhavahidze, Griorgiem Nikolashvili and Irakli Beradze.
Thus, Armenian team with 18 points seeded 3rd-4th sharing horizontal with Hungarian team.
Russia’s and India’s teams with 20 points seeded 1st-2nd. Azerbaijan’s team took 17.5 points and follows Armenia’s players.
Additionally, in round 8, Armenian team will play with Azerbaijanis.
