“Sardarapat” the active workers are being persecuted

The movement “Sardarapat” had held a round table for discussing the social – economic situation in Armenia. The initiator of the movement, film director Tigran Khzmalyan informed that there are going to be a series of meetings during which the members of the movement, the guests, experts of different spheres will present their points of views.

T. Khzmalyan mentioned that they do not escape the dialogue with separated groupings and invite everyone to partake in their round table.

“The movement of the workers continues in the country; strikes, straggle of a working class, but there are no socialistic powers around them”, - mentioned T. Khzmalyan.

According to the speaker the movement “Sardarapat” has initiated several meetings with the workers of the country during which he has found out that the workers are terrified an the workers “who try to protect their rights are being persecuted”
T. Khzmalyan presented their meetings with the RusAl factory mentioning that once powerful trade unions have stopped functioning.

T. Khzmalyan informed that during the round table an action plan will be worked out.
