Athletes listed for Greco-Roman Wrestling Champs
The Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship will be held on February 13-14, in Armenia’s capital city, at the Sport and Concert Hall after Karen Demirchian, announced Armenia’s chief coach, Olympic champion Levon Julfalakian and secretary-general of Armenia’s Wrestling Federation, Bazmaser Arakelian.
Levon Julfalakian told journalists that Armenia as championship’s hoster can be represented by 2 athletes in every weight category. “We will cast lots to determine pairs,” he said.
According to Levon Julfalakian and Bazmaser Arakelian, Armenian teams will be represented by following athletes:
Team One:
1. Roman Amoyan (in the 55 kg)
2. Vahan Juarian (in the 60 kg)
3. Arman Adikian (in the 66 kg)
4. Arsen Julfalakian (in the 74 kg)
5. Denis Forov (in the 84 kg)
6. Arman Geghamian (in the 96 kg)
7. Yuri Patrikeev (in the 120 kg)
Team Two:
1. Harutyun Hovhannisian (in the 55 kg)
2. Artak Harutyunian (in the 60 kg)
3. Hovhannes Varderesian (in the 66 kg)
4. Varsham Boranian (in the 74 kg)
5. Tigran Sahakian (in the 84 kg)
6. Sarkis Tonoyan (in the 96 kg)
7. Vachagan Eghiazarian (in the 120 kg)
