Seven Rounds’ results announced at Aeroflot Open 2010 Champs
After round seven of the International Chess Festival Aeroflot Open 2010, which is being held in Russia’s Moscow, Boris Grachev at 5 points leads the championship in the Tournament A1 alongside with Yan Nepomnyashchy (Russia), Boris Savchenko (Ukraine), Kang Lim (Vietnam), and Nguyen Ngoc Truong (Vietnam).
Armenia’s Arman Pashikian, Gabriel Sarkisian, and Sergey Grigoriants earned 4 points; Hrant Melkumian and Zaven Andriasian are at 3,5 points.
Artur Gabrielian at 5 points is half a point behind the leader of Tournament A2 Aleksey Pridorogny (Russia). Tigran Kotanjian and David G. Petrosian earned 4 points, and Melikset Khachiyan has got 3,5 points.
After fiver rounds of Tournament C, Armenia’s David Shaginian and Eduard Khatoev (Russia) lead the championship at 6,5 points, followed by Ashot Avetisian and Eduard Barsamian at 6 points each. Tournament C is almost over, with one single round to be held.
