IT companies – SIC: time limits of the expertise reduced

In case of exporting and importing objects of double significance the time limit of the expertise will be lessened from 45 to 7 days. The number of the cases of deciding the customs value by the deal price has also risen due to the reduction of 15 days for getting permission State Income Committee. It has reached till 2 days now. Such an agreement has been reached through discussions of the Union of IT enterprises and the State Income Committee.

As the UITE lawyer Arkadi Sahakyan informed to Aysor.am the daft of the law of guaranteed service has been worked out which in the near future will be send to the discussion of the supporting council of the development of the ITs.

At present the lawyer thinks a lot of work has been done in the area of the controlling prices. The companies of that sphere present the codes of the things which have obviously high or low prices in the customs system, “It’s interesting that there are a lot of goods that in reality have low prices. Checking of the price is also within the interests of the company. There is a problem of market price. It is profitable for both the importer and the state.”

According to A. Sahakyan there are a lot of codes the prices of which are higher with 700-800%. The Customs bodies use the checked prices already.

As another achievement of the joint working group were the excepted changes in the educational sphere. A draft will be worked out which will allow to call those contributions expenses.

“In that case the amount of contributions will rise quickly, especially in educational and in scientific spheres. The IT technologies are ready to make contributions”, - assured A. Sahakyan.
