EBRD to provide Armenia with more than $200 million
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) intends to implement in Armenia several projects of $150 million cost, announced Valeriu Razlog, chief of EBRD Yerevan Office, when was signing a loan agreement with Ameriabank.
He added that some $80 million may be added to the announced amount.
Armenia's GDP will grow by 2% in 2010, he said when asked about economical development. However, it’s quite riskily making predictions in such situations, he added.
It’s worth mentioning that EBRD is involved in negotiations on providing two programmes of small and middle business with $10 million.
