Moscow blasts: one female suicide bomber identified
Russian officials have released photos of the two female suicide bombers who were responsible for blasts that had shook crowded subway stations in central Moscow during the morning rush hour on March 29.
Russian officials tentatively identified one of the two female suicide bombers as 17-year-old Jennet Abdurakhmanova, a widow of the leader of Dagestan rebels Umalat Magomedov (Al-bara), who was killed during a special operation on December 31 of 2009. It’s still unclear, whether Jennet Abdurakhmanova attacked the Lubianka Station or Park Kultury Station as different sources give different information.
Two female suicide bombers are jointly responsible for deaths of 39 people, and the injuring of many more. More than 100 people are reported injured; of these 30 people are in serious condition.
