Gagik Tsarukyan: A new page in the history of the Armenian hokey
The chairperson of the Armenian National Olympic Committee Gagik Tsarukyan in the RA Sports and Youth Ministry received the representatives of the Armenian hokey team who had finished their presentations in the “C” division of the world championship. On the meeting were present also the RA Sports and Youth Minister Arthur Petrosyan.
Gagik Tsarukyan has greeted the team on behalf of the representatives of the sports’ world, and congratulated on the brilliant results. The Armenian hokey players proved to everyone that in Armenia too there exists this style of sport and it develops. G. Tsarukyan has expressed his readiness to support the team.
At the end of the meeting Gagik Tsarukyan has passed to the Armenian hokey team the cup of the Armenian Olympic committee.
The members of the team received also Olympic suits. Summing up the meeting Gagik Tsarukyan noticed that by this tournament a new page for the Armenian hokey was opened, informs the press office of the Armenian Sports and Youth Ministry.
