Iran, Brazil, Turkey sign nuclear agreement
Iran has agreed to swap 1,200 kg of its low-enriched uranium for higher-enriched nuclear fuel to be used in a medical research reactor.
The deal was reached during talks between Brazilian President, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in Tehran.
The exchange would take place in Turkey, IRNA quoted Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mahmanparast as saying on Monday.
