Lists of victims of blast in Stavropol published
Civil Defense and Emergency Administrations of Stavropol have issued preliminary lists of people killed and injured in blast in Stavropol, southern Russia. Lists of 43 people are issued, while the local officials continue identifying victims. Here are the lists as followed:

The blast occurred on Wednesday, at the Concert Hall, just before the start of a concert. Stavropol's governor, Valery Gayevsky, described the bombing as an "unprecedented, brutal provocation".
