The aim is having optimal management system
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan today attended a meeting organized within the framework of the Armenian state financial management reforms second stage.
The Prime Minister greeting the meeting participants, specifically, said in his speech that at the previous discussion they tried to publicly sum up the first stage results and to give a detailed account to the public of what work was done by the Ministry of Finance and what abilities were formed in our country to ensure efficient management in the sphere.
The Prime Minister said that they should specify the reforms second stage, ensure their strategy adding that they will try to completely ensure solution of the following four issues. First, improving fiscal discipline to ensure macroeconomic stability and to contribute to budget predictability. Second, securing the resources link with the basic policies and correspondence with our priorities. Third, ensuring value for money guaranteeing efficient and economical use of resources. Fourth, ensuring accountability through use of public resources as well.
According to the government press service, Tigran Sargsyan also spoke about the potential significant for the process noting that besides exact description of business processes we also need proper specialist potential capable of constantly raising their skills.
