Second opposition bloc disorganized in Georgia
The Georgian opposition National Council uniting such renowned parties as Movement For Fair Georgia, Conservative Party and People’s Party was disorganized, Vzglyad correspondent reported from Tbilisi quoting the Maestro TV company.
According to the TV company, new blocs are expected to be established in autumn.
The opposition Alliance for Georgia headed by former Permanent Representative of Georgia to the United Nations Irakli Alasania was dissolved after the local self-government elections held in May.
Former Prime Minister, leader of the opposition Movement For Fair Georgia Zurab Nogaideli launched consultations to establish a large opposition alliance.
