It’s necessary to fight against Azeri propaganda, says Sargsyan

The anti-Armenian campaign carried out by Azerbaijan has reached maximum size, and it’s necessary to fight against it, said Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan at the meeting with representatives of the Armenian Community of Germany, where he is currently on the visit.

“In the beginning neither Armenian, surely, took care of all this; however, today this lie has been reaching its maximum size and is backed by millions of dollars. And to respond to this outrage, to fight against it is a challenge to any Armenian of our days, and especially for Armenians from Europe,” said Armenian President.

Serzh Sargsyan stressed that the main objective for Armenia in Europe is to strengthen real picture of Armenia, Nagorno Karabakh and the Armenian nation in full.

“Unlike others, we don’t need lie. The truth is our ally,” said President Sargsyan. He pointed that number of German citizens of Azerbaijani and Turkish origin has been increasing, while the policy of Armenophobia is a state-backed campaign in Azerbaijan and Turkey.

“Azerbaijani media are discovering whether there is an Armenian blood in veins of certain European, Russian, or American official,” he said.

“And this would be really funny, if it wasn’t so dangerous,” added Sargsyan.
