1m manats stolen from Azerbaijan Technical University

1m manats were stolen from Prorector’s safe in Azerbaijan Technical University, pia.az website reported trying to find out who gave that sum to Prorector and who stole the money. According to the website, serious shortcomings were discovered in entrance examination tests, answers to many questions were wrong. After high-level discussions it was decided to lower the threshold in the entrance exams, however, it was not done.

According to the source, the Technical University administration organized special illegal entrance trying to join it with the general entrance. They contacted about 70 entrants, demanding 20 thousand manats from each of them, promising to pass them to University with minimum points. The collected sum was kept at Protector’s safe. However, the money disappeared mysteriously. The University administration did not apply to law enforcement bodies for clear reasons. It is noteworthy that nearly 70 entrants cannot pass to University since there is neither money nor sufficient points.

The only way out is to return the money, but how?
