“The Black Sea Dances and Songs” Armenian festival in Kuban
“The Black Sea Dances and Songs 2010” traditional Armenian festival is dated to the 65th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War and 90th anniversary of Tuapse region, Krasnodar territory, Yerkramas newspaper reported. The festival will be held on July 30 – 31 in Kuban.
The events will launch on July 30 at Tuapse House of Culture. Conference “Armenians of North Caucasus,” exhibitions of books, painting, applied arts, tableware, national cuisine are scheduled on that day. National cuisine festivity and Tuapse ethnographic and variety ensembles’ performances will be held the next day.
The festival of Armenian culture was organized by Tuapse region’s “Hamshen” Armenian cultural-educational union. The organizers did not apply to Armenian Ministry of Culture for support, the Ministry told Aysor.
