Administrative Court dismisses HAK lawsuit on gas tariff
The Administrative Court today dismissed the lawsuit of Armenian National Congress (HAK) on rise in gas tariff, lawyer Vahe Hovsepyan told Aysor. The claimant’s side is going to appeal the judgement in the Court of Cassation.
“The Administrative Court judgement is not objective. They spared no effort to support the Public Services Regulatory Commission,” lawyer added.
Note that 7230 citizens signed the lawsuit demanding from court to invalidate the decision of Public Services Regulatory Commission on gas tariff rise.
According to ArmRosGazprom application and Public Services Regulatory Commission decision, from April 1, price for 1 cubic meter of gas for consumers using up to 10 thousand cubic meters of gas is 132 drams against former 96 drams.
