Ahmadinejad challenges Obama to hold a public dispute
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad challenged U.S. President Barack Obama to hold a “face-to-face” public dispute over television, RBK.ru reported.
Ahmadinejad said he is ready to sit face-to-face with President Obama like a man, and to put global issues on the table, freely, in front of the world media, and see whose solutions are better. He suggests holding the dispute in September, in the days of the UN General Assembly session.
The U.S. President’s answer is not known yet. Note that previously, Ahmadinejad had made a similar suggestion to Obama as well as ex-President George Bush Jr.
