The Karabakh issue beyond any speculations, says lawmaker
Recognition of independence of Nagorno Karabakh is quite a delicate issue, while Armenia’s position over the settlement to the Karabakh conflict today, more than ever, is clear and is not appealable in all senses, - such kind of view expressed member of the Republican Party of Armenia, Artak Zakarian, when referred to the bill on Armenia’s recognition of NKR. The bill was introduced in the parliament by lawmakers from Heritage Party of Armenia.
“I think that it’s not time to hurry as the negotiation process goes in line with logic of the time, and it’s not desirable to disrupt this logic, while we are watching numerous violations of the negotiations by Azerbaijan,” said Zakarian.
He said that Armenia’s policy should not deviate from the negotiations. Armenia turned out well in keeping the issue of settlement to the Karabakh conflict aside of speculations both in home and world levels, stressed lawmaker.
