The business of uniforms ruled by the Ministry of Education

Between the Minister of Education of Azerbaijan Misir Mardanov and other businessmen a war has broken out for the school uniform business. The minister doesn’t want to concede the profitable business uniform to anyone.

“Azadlig” writes that by the order of M. Mardanov all the pupils should buy the uniforms from the sewing house of Baku which bothers the heads and the businessmen of the regions. By the information of the newspaper they have already imported a big number of such uniforms form china and have started the sale in the regions. However, Misir Mardanov has found a solution for it too. The pupils who have bought the uniform are asked for a ticket in order to find out from where the uniform is bought. If the uniform is not the product of the sewing house of Baku the pupil is forbidden to enter the school.

“Previously the pupils had the right to wear the uniform of private tailors. But now realizing that the profit will be worth of millions from the uniform business Misir Mardanov has decided to keep that business under his monopoly,” “Azadlig” is writing.
