Berlusconi's plane makes emergency landing in Milan
Plane of Italian Premier Silvio Berlusconi who headed for Brussels returned back to Italy for an emergency landing because of a problem with the cockpit windshield, Berlusconi's spokesman told media.
ITAR-TASS agency reported that Berlusconi headed to Brussels for session of the Council of Europe; however, in the skies over Zurich there were noticed problems and the pilots decided to go back to Italy, landing safely at Milan's Linate airport. The incident occurred at 8:40 a.m.
Berlusconi's spokesman said that “every thing is under control" and Silvio Berlusconi and his aides were boarding a different plane to continue their trip to Brussels.
