Davutoglu doesn’t want to have problems with its neighbors
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu stated that for establishing a strong democracy a stable international environment and lack of problems with the neighbors is required. As the info-Islam.ru reports, Davutoglu emphasized the need of making minimal problems with the neighboring countries, which, according to him, is dictated by economic realities.
This statement, the Turkish Foreign Ministry has made at the dinner time organized at the Chiragan Palace of Istanbul.
In particular, the Turkish FM said that regional instability affects Turkey too and added that Turkey cannot be a passive observer in this situation and follow the regional events.
Emphasizing the role of the U.S. in global events A. Davutoglu stated, "Turkish-American cooperation is of great significance in global and regional level".
According to Davutoglu, Turkey wants to be and remain a strong military power and a country where democracy is flourishing.
"We strive to take a leading position in the issues concerning of security, freedom, democracy and welfare of this critical region," said Turkish Foreign Minister.
