OSCE monitors contact line
According to an agreement with Artsakh authorities, OSCE conducted a regular monitoring on Nagorno Karabakh-Azerbaijan armed forces’ contact line, near the populated area of Talish, Martakert region of NKR, Artsakh Foreign Ministry reported.
Field Assistants to the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Antal Herdic (Hungary), Christo Christov (Bulgaria), and William Pryor (Great Britain) conducted the monitoring from the positions of the NKR Defense Army.
OSCE Office Coordinator, Lieutenant-Colonel Imre Palatinus (Hungary) and Field Assistant to the Personal Representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Zhaslan Nurtazin (Kazakhstan) accompanied the monitoring from Azerbaijani side.
The monitoring was held according to the schedule. No cases of violation of ceasefire were recorded.
Representatives of Artsakh Foreign Ministry and Defense Ministry accompanied the monitoring on the Karabakh side.
