Scopes of Georgia’s trade with EU-nations reaches $1,058 billion
Scopes of Georgia’s foreign trade with the European nations within the period from January to August of 2010 has reached $1,058 billion, of these $177 million was export and $881 million was import, country’s National Statistical Service said.
This year’s amounts of the foreign trade with the Europe is by 10% more than the figures for the same period of last year, Gazeta.ru reported citing Georgia Online paper.
Export increased by 20% and import increased by 8% in comparison with last year’s reports. Some 26% of Georgian foreign trade relations were with EU-nations.
